Our ITKAN Strategy Session and Vision 2017 kicked off yesterday with a bang at the MTC Chicago! We had nearly 20 corporate, civic/technology, service and academic leaders in the room as Kathie Topel of Impact Insights led the group through an updated version of our 2014 Strategic Plan. It was an engaged and highly insightful two hours. As the capstone effort in our 2011-2014 Strategic Plan, our goal is to establish clear training-to-hire tracks for our passionate members in hot-hire areas of IT. To get there we will utilize the knowledge, commitment and resources of both our Advisory Team and our members! We are in the process of developing three Action Teams to drive Financing and Support, Sponsors, and Curriculum.
