David Douglas is co-founder and CEO of Guideway Labs and leads Anchor, the AI within PRIME, a national job-retention study for people with disabilities funded by the U.S. Department of Education. He has worked in disability employment for eight years, including five as technology partner to VRTAC-QE. A four-time founder with 25 years in software, David is passionate about building AI that serves humans. He has three grown daughters and is an avid fitness enthusiast.
